I've finally squeezed in time to change my blogskin, had been searching for skins for 3 hours yesterday and settled on this one... Gonna start posting again.... Currently, my schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday are my training days, that basically means that I am only free on Tuesdays & Thursdays, got that all down? Thanks... Basically, I'm trying to get my 6 packs completely visible, arms and chest and lower body all toned up... Trying to make myself more flexible also... It'll help for my sit and reach haha... I'll post again soon... Bye
