Woke up at 7.25am, dragged myself to the toilet and showered, came out aat 7.45am... Changed and walked to school, saw ray emoing and went over lol, he was like wet due to the rain... After that, slacked for a while before starting the warm ups... After warm ups, did stretching and static hold. Then Coach came and went into the gym and asked us to do Level 1 Static Hold followed by Level 2 Static Hold, although the aircon was on, I was pespiring like cats & dogs lol... After that, Coach picked out Dominic, Yeomin, Tee Yong, Farhan & Me to be specifically coached under his supervision lol... Leg press I was suppose to do weight no. 70, he made me do weight no. 90!!! Shoulder press i was suppose to do 53, he made me do 63... that's plain torture... Then chest press I did 15.9kg =D that 1 idc... Cause my chest press is what I excel in... After that, did deadlift, was looking at Dominic as he was struggling, and was like, was it so hard? I tried, and surprisingly, it was easier than expected... Coach told me to bend lower to increase the difficulty... After that, did core training, then ended with plyo jumps... then sat down and he gave a scientific speech about contraction of muscles and ended the training session...

Skip skip skip to evening, chionged out of the house @ 7pm to go pool session with Ben, Howard, Eugene & Ben's cousin. When I reached, they said they were 1 bus stop away, and I was like, wow I'm early haha... Went in and got a table... Played till 11pm.

Took 23 to Tampines Inter and just in time, 969 came... Stood all the way to Yishun mrt, My legs were BURNING! I walked home, which took another 15 mins... Reached home and sat down for 5 mins, then sis called and kor & me went down to take the tv up... was BIG & HEAVY! by the time we fixed everything, we were sweating a lot... After that, showered and used laptop and help a certain someone with her homework <3 Then went to sleep at about 3am
