Just came out of a nice soothing shower...
Today, went for training as usual... Went into the gym, it was freezing! 16°C to be exact... Coach came in and his wind breaker was dripping with rainwater =O... He asked who had warmed up and only Dominic & Me raised our hands lol... After that, we went to the hall and did our warm ups... After that, we came back down and switched off ALL of the aircons and opened both doors...

We did like 60,70,80,90(the weight bar indicator) for leg press, then did shoulder press, then coach asked us to come over... He taught us one type of abs exercise, very shiok...After that, did chest press and hamstring curl... Then went up to the hall for more exercise... We did lunges jump which was MAD torture, after that still had squat jumps... Worse, more torture... then cool down...

Then went back to gym to slack...Glorious AirCon! At about 4.15pm, Mr.Kumar came in and said that he needed to lock up... After that we went outside, near the CO room to rest... I did 3-point starts and 4-point starts... Then did some running technique...

After that, I tried in vain to jump and smack the hanging toilet sign... Then I tried sprinting then jump, at first it seems futile... But after a few more tries, I did it and was super happy lolol... Then Sebastian came and like stood the and jump and smacked the whole thing... And I was like wtf! Then I jumped and jumped and jumped... still cannot.. then he teach.... On the first try, I did it! Was like super happy LOL...

After that went to ChongPang for the pasar malam there cause I was feeling hungry, bought 6 tapioca cakes and ray bought 1 box of muah chee and 3 tapioca cakes... he ate like 2 then split and asked if I wanted... I just ate it all haha... Then walked home... Practically was dragging my feet home, arrived home and used laptop then showered. Showering was awesome! massaged my thighs and legs till they felt totally relaxed, then I came out...
