Okay, I'm posting at 12.32am now... I'll count 5/12/09 as now...

Today, practically slacked the whole day, went to sleep at 3.45pm, woke up at 4.20pm... Slacked until 5pm and headed to the gym... Went in and it was half freezing and half still air... Didn't bothered about it and went to do my workout...

Workout was pyramid method that Coach gave me to increase power in arms... He told me that all this while I was doing cutting, which basically means making the shape very nice and large... At first it seemed easy but after the 2nd set, I was working up a sweat at the start of the third set, I started doing horse stance(half squat and maintaining that position), I used the wall to support me, and I did 4 repetitions of 4 sets, each repetition lasting 30 secs... After that, I did some triceps training and went home at 6 to shower... Came out at 6.02pm was like wow... new record haha, then went to take my wallet and mobile and rushed out... Reached the bus just in time and got on... Took bus 969 to Tampines interchange and arrived at 7.02pm

Went for dinner near tampines central and proceeded to take a walk at century square, then Aaron came... walked for a few moments and saw Ben & Calvin... They said they were going to play pool @ Safra and went off...

We walked from Century Square to Tampines Mall and then to Tampines 1, after that went to the interchange and sent Alex & Aaron off... Then was waiting for bus and had a change of plans, phoned Ben and he said that he was still playing pool, so I headed to Safra to join them... Saw Calvin and Ben... Then waited for Ben & Calvin to finish...
After that, started a game with Ben, then play play play, I win LOL... Like miracle sia... Ben so pro haha... Then after that, Ben teach me how to arrange the balls... play with Calvin, win again, then last game with Calvin, very intense, 1 part, I shot 2 balls in then he went to try to whack the black ball in, many tries, all miss... then free ball, I hit, green ball went in, then went to try black ball, always so close but didn't went in... Then I totally missed the ball and he shot it in...

Overall, very fun... then I took a bus 28 and it went here and there to who knows where... then arrived at tampines interchange and waited for bus to go home... I jogged at a decent pace from the mrt to my home, I'm guessing the distance would be approximately 1.07km... Ok, I'm done, bye...
