On Tuesday, I was abruptly woken up by my handphone, Terry was calling me at freaking 7AM! wth.. that's like too early... after that, I went back to sleep... Woke up at 7.27am and went to shower. Met him at 8.10am. Went to Bishan for breakfast, after that walked to the Bishan Stadium and went in... Saw a bunch of people wearing red adidas and went to walked around... then we headed to Yio Chu Kang Stadium and went started our warm ups and drills... Terry was doing most of the drills wrongly... I tried teaching him but it was a futile attempt.

After that, did sprint starts of 30m, then surprisingly, Tee Yong came... He wanted to do interval training, so he did warm ups and drills and did 3x1.2km. I did 400m, 200m, 5x100m... After that, he asked me to take a vid of him doing starts.. then took a few vids.. After that, we seperated, Terry & I went to the swimming complex to slack a bit.. was sun tanning again haha... After that, went to shower and went back to Yishun to have lunch. After went to bball awhile... Reached home at 4.20pm, waited for Azlan to come and went to gym with him... Super tired and I still did gym... I think I'm mad... Finished at 6pm. Went home and slacked...


Yesterday, woke up at 7.20am, went to shower and drank a cup of milo. Went to school for training, reached school and was dozzing off in one corner until Dominic & Ray arrived... Did warm ups and went to help take the weights out of the gym and placed them at the netball court, set up the stations and went to slack a while. Started with flys and I suay suay go take the 5kg weights... After that, did forward lunges with weights... then did rabbit runs, then break! then did rope ladder, then half squats, then abs exercises, then did one more exercise, then break. After break, we slacked in the gym for 10 minutes. Went back to the netball court and did half squats, lunges jump and the flying exercise LOL... that was the best... Then ended with lunges sprints... After that, went back to the gym and did core exercises... Some of them were tough, some were easy... training was very tiring for me, I think I didn't sleep well the last night... hopefully I'll get a better sleep tonight. Bye!
