Today woke up at 6.33am, showered and went out at 7am... Went to eat breakfast at blk 110, went there and thought that the bak ku teh stall was open for business, but it was not =(... After that Dominic & Ray arrived, both looked like zombies... After settling down, Dominic talked about his trip to Malacca, Ray was sprawling on the table, half dead lol... After that we went to order prata from some indian stall... Ate finish and all 3 of us did not feel good, went to school, slacked to about 8.20am, then I had diarrhoea -.-... Was in the toilet for 12 mins... Came out and looked really out of colour...

Did warm ups and went to the netball court and Coach made a running game... After the running game, we did Leg Raises with some extra difficulty... Then went for break and did another kind of running game... Then ended the training with cool down and some jokes in between... During training, Ray vomitted like 3 times...Poor thing... Recover soon! After training, Terry wanted to buy books, so we waited for him, it took like 1 hour! So we slacked and Ray went to rest... After Terry was done with buying his books, Ray stood up and started walking and vomitted before he got to the drain... I went into the bookshop and got a plastic bag for him, then DISASTER STRUCK, I freaking STEPPED on his VOMIT! wth! 好心没好报 sia... Cause was passing him the plastic bag then he vomitted... Then I went to wash my shoe...

After that went out to suntec to look at thights and sportswear... Then came back at around 6.30pm... Came home and changed my clothes and went to the gym... Did arms workout, thigh endurance and more abs exercises... Abs exercises were very very difficult... After gym, staggered home and slacked before taking my dinner... Surfed the net and went to shower...
