Well, Grandma's death anniversary today, passed away a year ago on this day... Haiz... Feeling so down today... The nostalgic feeling of a lost loved one is coming back in one shot... Haiz...

Today's training was INSANE, 300m x 5, most of the sets, I used about 90% of my strength to run, so as to catch up to Tee Yong, but he always has the energy to speed up during the last 100m, I'm always trailing behind him marginally... I hope to overcome this obstacle soon... Or else, I'll be out of the relay squad... Haiz, problems after problems keep on arising, I don't even know what I did... You people are so biased, just because I spend time with AHEM, you guys think I like her, what kind of logic is that? You just won't understand what I'm going through, no one will ever understand...
